The pool attracts all sorts of critters and from time to time, they do fall in the pool. Please rest assured, we clean it 2 times a week. Use the pool at your own risk, we are not responsible for any accidents or injuries. NEVER leave pets or children unattended around the pool. Pool heating must be given a 12-hour notice so we can properly heat it. There is a 250$ fee to heat the pool. We have two homes on this lot, they can be rented together for large parties.
