This includes many Joshua Trees, rabbits and coyotes, but also sharp cacti and rarely desert critters such as spiders, snakes and scorpions. Therefore, we ask that you practice caution while walking around the grounds ❖ Dog owners agree to the following additional rules: • To pay the pet fee of $150\. Up to 2 pets allowed. • Outside the house, dogs should be leashed at all times. There are coyotes in the High Desert, which present danger to unleashed dogs. Cacti can also cause injuries to dogs. Dog owners bear full responsibility for the safety of their dogs. • Owners must immediately pick up after their dogs and deposit waste in a plastic bag and place it in the garbage bin • Dogs are not to be left unattended in the house at any time. In addition to our additional dog cleaning fee, we will deduct the costs of extra cleaning or repairs necessitated by the presence of your dog. By booking, the guest agrees to the following house rules. General Rules: PET FEES \- One-time fee of $150 for up to 2 pets \- Up to 2 pets allowed. \- No parties. \- No smoking or vaping of any substance anywhere on the property. \- No blasting of music or loud noise. \- There will be charges for excessive cleaning and maintenance if rules are not followed and the house is not left in good condition like you found it. The house itself is so charming and has everything you need to have a fun and relaxing time. We really enjoyed using the fire pit and watching the desert starry skies at night. The location being so close to the park entrance made it ideal for exploring Joshua tree! We definitely hope to get to come back someday! ##### renae p. Great house and layout, very clean and welcoming, had everything we needed. Sitting in the back, under the moonlit sky and watching the stars, was the best part. Very private and quiet. Andrew, the host, was probably the best and most communicative host we've had in 15 years of traveling. It’s beautifully decorated with great taste. Everything is high end and well stocked. It’s so close to JTNP we can take a break when it’s too hot to hike. We especially love the sound system and car charger that gave us a truly relaxing vacation. Will definitely stay here again. ##### Yifang C. It’s perfectly situated between the national park and the town of Joshua Tree and the the home was so clean and clearly very new. The backyard was insanely picturesque (which was very important to us as content creators) and a great spot for stargazing at night and watching the sun rise in the mornings. Very peaceful and quiet and you just cannot beat the views. The home was beautifully furnished, top of the line finishes, and the beds were comfortable. The house was a little difficult to find, especially as we drove in overnight when it’s VERY dark. But thanks to handy directions Andrew gave us, we eventually found our way. Other than that, we cannot wait to come back to our new favorite spot in Joshua Tree! Thanks Andrew!!! ##### Evan S. We spent 3 days exploring this beautiful park and then really enjoyed coming back to the house. It is so perfectly furnished and contains all that is necessary but no clutter.
