Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
