« We unfortunately had to cancel our booking due to our travel plans from PA to California being thwarted by a cancelled flight. There was no other option for us to get to Brookings in time for our check in or even on the same calendar date. I immediately contacted Zoe regarding our travel issues. While she didn't respond with a message, she did cancel our reservation efficiently. We unfortunately had to cancel outside of our refund window. We are so sad that we weren't able to enjoy Angels Nest....

"The staff was very kind and friendly, but the check-in process was quite slow. Unfortunately, in our first room, the toilet wasn’t working. We were moved to another room, but in that one, the ventilation wasn’t working either. After all the back and forth with changing rooms and moving our things, we were hoping to relax by the pool. Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
