The property was touched back in among multiple other locations, making it difficult to find. With so many other options in the immediate area, I did not find it offered equal value for the cost. The morning desk staff was much more cordial and helpful than the evening desk staff.

Everything was great except for the fact that they require an aditional $25 at check-in for the soda, candy, and small shop they have in case we need anything. what we didn't use was sent back to us by way of the card that was used.

One of those "Hidden Gems" in Value
This was an INCREDIBLE find on Hotels.com. I just needed a place to crash overnight on a long road trip, so didn't want to spend too much. It was a pleasant surprise to actually get a GREAT VALUE out of this experience. Curbside appeal was great, front desk staff checking in/out were super-friendly and helpful, the parking lot was clean and well-lit, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable -- just a great value overall.

Check-in was easy and quick. The hotel is tuck away in the back behind all the hotels, but it offers lots of parking space and very quiet. Hotel doesn’t offer breakfast, but Denny’s is within walking distance. Chick-fil-A and Outback Steaks are also across the street. We will definitely stay again.

A solid place to lay your head
The hotel was quite nice. Ample parking, decently located, but the access to the property is wonky. Keeps the traffic noise way down though. Nice, spacious rooms with a good kitchenette, though my sink faucet did start to leak at the end of my stay (right before checking out). Maintenance took care of it pretty quickly. The location made it great for trips around the area. Convenient access to restaurants, stores, etc (once construction on Range Line is done, anyways!)

Clean & safe, nice staff, easy parking. My room was a suite, which had a full size refrigerator, a microwave oven, and a stovetop. The hotel is hard to find. It does not have a sign that is very visible from S Rangleine. The hotel is back behind Best Western & EconoLodge. It is on E 36th St to the west of Rangline but there is no street sign. So - if you're travelling north on Rangeline just past I-44, take a left at the Cenex station/Waffle House parking lots, take an immediate left back towards I-44, go 100 feet, take a right at the Best Western sign, and follow E 36th west towards Candlewood Suites.

The hotel room stinks. It sounds like someone cooked spaghetti and spilled it all over the floor. There’s a door opening and closing right by my door all early morning. The smoke alarm fire alarm went off for my alarm.
