There were so many unique features that made the property feel like the owners really care about their guests. The warm welcome from Jody at the front desk was maybe the sweetest I have ever experienced. All the unexpected bonuses made the stay a delight, unique gift shop free zoo inside. It was awesome. I would recommend to anyone.

planning to stay again!
stayed in one of the cabins this time, have stayed in the main lodge before too. nicely supplied kitchen. very comfortable beds. good climate control, room stayed warm despite 10* F outside! staff very friendly and responsive. I think would be a good place to be for skiing, many slopes nearby

My wife and I have stayed here a few times now, and we've yet to be disappointed. The beds are actually comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the staff is super nice. Super close to 7 Springs as well

The design was nice but the toilet seat was undersized for the toilet which made things awkward, and the bathroom fan was so loud I believe you would legally need hearing protection to be in that room for more than 15 mins

Great location, wonderful cabins. Spacious, really nice, and clean. Be prepared, giant elk head mounted on the wall, scary for children, etc. And the wifi is terrible, barely works.

We stayed in the Log Cabin Lodge for two nights when we were skiing in the Seven Springs Resort. The Lodge is very nice, clean, comfortable, with reasonable price, perfect for a ski vacation. It's about 8-9 miles' drive from the resort. The road is well maintained even in a heavy snow day so we didn't have any problem driving back and forth. When the snow was too heavy, we even drove back for a lunch break. Very convenient. We did not find good restaurants within 2 miles. However, some fast food chains are very close, including McDonald's and Dairy Queen (which provides excellent burgers.) The front desk staff are very nice and friendly. The Lodge does have a quiet rule after 10pm. However, the front desk is closed during the night so when some young guests kept making very loud noises till very late on Friday night, no one came out to force the rule.

The only complaint that I would have is that Expedia themselves messed up my reservation I was supposed to have a cabin 2.3 mi from the check-in location but it was already rented No fault to this establishment but definitely from Expedia This place was amazing
