« SXS trip with friends and family. Nice home with nice furnishings. If in area I would consider again. »

« Was perfect for whatcwe were looking for. Definitely enjoyed the large space, pool table and the large covered front porch area. Was alittle different as there are no windows but we adjusted fast and really enjoyed our stay. Will be looking to book yhis unit again when we go back »

« Nice house, good location. We rode Spearhead Trails. Easy access although the town cop informed us that the one section of 460 is not for ATVs and that was the only way to get to trails. They didn’t cite or bother us so we kept going that way. And we frequently saw State troopers, Town cops and Sheriffs while we were there and they never stopped us. We all agreed that we would stay there again. »

« Over overall, it was a great time. The place was very accommodating and check in and check out was very easy. Communication from the host was excellent. Conveniently located to trails, grocery stores & lots of great places to eat. Plenty of parking for side-by-sides, trailers and trucks. There weee four of ys with trucks & trailers. Spacious house equipped well with towels, laundry , pots, pans, etc. Will definitely stay again. »

« Nice, clean house. Storage shed for SxS was a nice addition. Would have liked to have had a dishwasher, but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. Very close to Hatfield & McCoy trails. »

« The house is a little run down, floors crooked, carpet stained up, etc but for what I was staying there for it was just fine for me. The ac works, full kitchen and bathroom, everything worked and was clean for what it is. If your going riding with some buddies it's good.. »
