My friends and I had a 1-night stay. The rooms were great especially the 2-bedroom suite. The staff were also friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

For the price paid for , expected it to be better. It’s more like a service apartment, no restaurant and room service too. For late check in, no food is available within the hotel, however, there are local eateries around. There is also a night market 2 minutes away (not sure if it’s there for good or just a certain period). Overall, not too bad :)

This was my first time staying in Z-Hotel. You will feel safe with their CCTV and need card to excess in the lift. The staffs are extremely Friendly with smiling face. If you need supper just next to it. There are few coffee shops serving nice foods. Hotel room are spacious with nice aircon. Will be back here again.

The room is spacious however, the necessities like the tissue box was dusty. The provided disposable coffee stirrer was stained as well. As for the toilet, shower area was quite small and squeezy. The main toilet door has white stains.

A nice short stay for the night
The location was just 5mins away from City Square Mall and checking in was a breeze. Security was was good. You need a card to enter the hotel as well as activate the lift. I saw the staff cleaning the lift twice on 2 days I was there. I had a free upgrade and the room was very big. The aircon and ceiling fan help cool the room down. The wifi was strong and everything worked. The towels were clean. The bathroom was a little worn down but was generally clean. I would stay again if I was there

This hotel was near the night market which was great. My friend and I both had itchy skin though, not sure if because bed linen wasn't clean. Our floor was supposed to be a non-smoking floor but in the morning, we could smell tobacco drifting in from the doorway area. Overall comfortable and satisfactory stay.

Clean and Comfortable
Hotel is clean and comfortable. Well located within walking distance to the famous Hiap Joo Bakery and City Square Mall. Car park is accessible by room card which give you some security comfort.

Clean and freshing room. Had Netflix and YouTube. Hotel may consider to seal under the connecting and entrance room doors to eliminate sounds. I could hear guest's coughing from next connecting room. In addition, please clearly remind guest not to smoke in the room if the floor is a non smoking room.

Amazing stay cool location
Amazing service particularly by the guard at the front reception. Only improvement would be for the air con to not be immediately above the bed! Was very very cold or or either very hot!

It was the best choice to stay in Z hotel. Although we only stayed for 1 night, but it was nice. Cleanliness tip top, non-dusty room and free from foul odour. Hotel staff was attentive and understanding. Will stay there again when visit JB next time.

Good location, near to shopping malls and food establishments. Friendly staff. Aircon was cold, love the rain shower in the toilet. Room was big, could have made the room smaller and made the toilet bigger. Would stay again.

First impression makes a difference.
Aircon seems like not working well. The room don't seem to cool down even on at 16c after 10 hours. Have to on the ceiling fan most of the time. Check-in wasn't swift. Front desk asked you take a seat first, there are two attendants but both happened to be serving guest for check in. I guess it's their SOP to get everyone to be seated instead of queuing up. After they settled 4 guests from 2 rooms, we are still left there seated, waiting to be called. Thinking that they could be settling other stuffs and we waited to be served patiently in the empty lobby. But amazingly, another new couple stepped in, walked right up to check in. Within 10 mins, they have forgotten us, with only two of us seated in the empty lobby and looking at them. And the funniest, we were told that our room is not ready at 5.30pm. Next 5 mins, its ready. Other than the aircon and the front desk service. Everything works well in the room, including the make up room service. Location is good too.

Hotel with a beautiful Causeway view.
Good location. Excellent service. Super cleanliness. Toiletries very upmarket. Most important, comes with thick fluffy mattresses, blankets, pillows and towels. Even the desposable slippers were good and not overlooked. Simple hotel with a welcoming feel.

There was some drilling and knocking at the building in night. The hotel was also close to the causeway jam where vehicles would often be honking even at night. The drilling and knocking persisted even in the morning.

The room was clean n space big, sound proof as during night nearby has night market. As this near old shophouse n road are narrow, it will a bit time reach cause of jam as there cars packing along side of road if going back to hotel at night, best after 1am will smooth
