Lifts were not working during the power outage which made it difficult for guests staying on higher floors to leave the hotel. No compensation was offered. Air-conditioning is not well maintained and does not function well which could explain the need for ceiling fans in the rooms. Carpeted floors are not clean. Room and shower amenities are basic but suffices. You will feel safe with their CCTV and need card to excess in the lift. The staffs are extremely Friendly with smiling face. If you need supper just next to it. There are few coffee shops serving nice foods. Hotel room are spacious with nice aircon.
