Badly run down premise. 6\. No security measures. Any one can just get into the rooms from lifts or stairs. Its ashame that this hotel has been left unattended. Nice and comfy beds with plenty of pillows. Room is clean and neat. Easy check in and friendly staff. Breakfast spread can be improved. Otherwise value for money stay. Peaceful environment. However, it is quite near to AEON and TESCO bukit indah which is great! Not recommended to go to the gym and swimming pool though, it is so small. Some pointers of my experience: Pro - Rooms are huge and modern - Decent view from windows - Technician came quickly after calling the reception on my problem with reception of the TV Con - Strong cigarette smell at corridor and also in my room at times - Noise soundproof of bedroom needs improvement - No welcome drink (as claimed) when I arrive - Layout of basement car park is weird and require some manoeuvre - Called room service but food served is different from the description and price in room service menu.
