The staff and location are the best things about this hotel. Tv didn’t work, aircon was so notvworning and though the staff tried, not much can be done in such short notice. Should request for room on lower floor so reception is better! Actually booked 2 nights and paid, but lost money as checked out after 1 night as my child really was unhappy. No air con, tv that doesn’t work, very difficult to rest well. Breakfast was not so bad so actually management should spend some money and do some minor renovation. Have. Very good location but we lost money As already paid for room on hotel.com. Water boiler heat rod rusted, therefore the boiled water cannot be consumed. The TV is an ancient tv box type, no remote & transmission sucks. The pillow smell. Overall rating NO GOOD, THE ONLY THING THAT IS GOOD ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS ITS LOCATION. Asked Room very dirty, bed got a lot of bedbugs, catch a few and wanted them to change room, they keep on said ok, but in the end did not change. My family didn’t sleep the whole night and worry that bugs hide inside our luggage, so did not put on the floor. Aircon very noisy. This is the worst hotel I have in my life. Will not come back again. There is NO Bell Boys to carry your luggage from Reception to Room. Breakfast served in a very unhygienic atomosphere. It would have been better and comfortable, if I stayed in platform rather than staying in that Hotel. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL for even my enemy to stay. Such a WORST HOTEL you cannot see any where in the world. Room rates are also HIGH. Rest are taps and health wash were broken. Worst hotel ever. Worst hotel ever, not even fit to be called a hotel. The first thing we found when we got into our room was a big cockroach on the bathroom floor and there were multiple dead smaller cockroaches scattered around. Very dirty hotel, the toilet seat was stained, toilet paper was damp, sink had specks of dirt, pillow casings and bedsheets were yellowish, carpet was ripped at some parts (and looked dusty). And they forgot to provide us with towels, so we went down to ask. The receptionist wasnt very nice and only gave us one towel when there's three of us. He said will send us two more later but in the end it did not come at all. 3 of us actly had to share one towel cause it was alrdy late. Such bad service.. And hotel staff did not even bother cleaning the room before we came, there were used tissues left on the table.. and to add on, the table was wobbly. Will not ever come back again. The lift carpet were dirty- need only 2 minutes to clean it. 2\. Reception lobby, lifts, and corridors with no air conditioning, in tropical area is quite uncomfortable. 3\.
