This is also not communicated beforehand and the contacts given has no response. The apartment is really spacious but was poorly maintained. The dish drying rack was covered in dust and mould. The only 5 plastic cups were left there for drying and were full of dust on arrival. There is only spoons and forks for use no teaspoons or knives. One pan and 4 bowls for use. A very old sponge was left for dish washing, no other cloths and we had to buy cloths to use. This is disappointing for a self catering unit. The fridge needs a good clean and is dirty. The showers would need cleaning attention. There was a mop but no broom. The beds are Super uncomfortable and the springs are a killer to sleep on. There is wifi and aircon which work as expected. It was very secure with 24 hours guards. There was a slight confusion at the time of checkin where initially it was communicated that the key will be available in the letterbox. However at the last minute we were asked to come and pick the key from the management office at the Mall of Medini. In the end after waiting for 15-20 mins at the apartment lobby we were delivered the key. The apartment is quite spacious and the rooms were nicely done with hello kitty theme. We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights there are no food outlets or grocery stores nearby. Property was good, it is a condominium with pool, gym etc.. The 2 bedroom house that we got was clean but nothing fancy. Beds on both the bedrooms were queen beds and can hardly fit 2 adults. So, if you are travelling with small kids and the kids want to sleep with you as they are on holiday then this is not ideal. A 2 seater sofa in the living area in front of the TV. Not even a single bottle of water in the apartment. Place is about 7-10 mins drive from Legoland (RM 11 for a taxi ride from Legoland to the apartment). Since it is an apartment building with security you can't just walk-in and have the call the admin team before check-in so that they can be there at the security counter (personally i am not a big fan of this). Not many flats are occupied in the building so you get that eerie feeling. Not much to do around the apartment (barring 1 medini hub that houses 2-3 eating places and 1 over priced super market that closes at 8 PM). Gayathri Indian restaurant is there. Even if you take a walk on the road you won't find many people apart from the security staff. If i have to go to JB again i will not be staying at this property as it is very far from the city, nothing much to do. Getting a cab from/to this place can be challenge sometimes. Overall not a very good experience primarily because of the location. Don't stay there just for being near to an Indian restaurant. A certain section of road to the decelopment was completely pitched black, had to turn on my high beam and fog light. Apartment comes with cooking, washing machine facilities etc. There's no checkin counter so pre arrangement is necessary. Our property officer was very nice and helpful. Lots of security presence which makes you feel safe. Very close to legoland. The person responsible for reception said the theme room was repairing that time. And the room had not been cleaned for long time, outdated facilities, inside the wash machine also very dirty. All the towels were unclean.
