Not happy with the staff's responsiveness
The overall stay is still Ok but the staff in-charge is not professional and unfriendly. After check-in, both the access cards were not working and we need to wait for long time to get replacement cards. But the staff was not able to explain the problem why both are not working. Secondly, there is ONLY 1 air-con remote control for the whole house (with 3 split units) but unfortunately it was also not working; and we need to wait for long time to get a replacement remote control. Asked the guy why we only get 1 remote control to operate the 3 split units, and the staff just responded the developer only provided them with ONLY 1 remote control. I found this answer unacceptable and it is just simply a brush off their responsibilities.
