« This property appears to be fairly new. There are plenty of amenities. The master bedroom was spacious as was the guest bedroom. Parking was very easy. The check-in process was fast and simple. The host was fantastic and very responsive and accommodating.There is some mention about noise from trains. We never heard any train during the time that we were there except one time we heard a horn twice in the far distance and you could barely hear it. I’m not sure where that feedback is coming from...

« The house was very comfortable and in a perfect location! We had things planned all around town, especially at Horsetooth and downtown, and everything was easily accessible. The kitchen was well stocked, and the entire home was clean, welcoming, and convenient to use.Stacy was a great communicator and provided clear, helpful instructions about both the house and the surrounding area. We’d absolutely recommend this home and would love to stay here again! »

« Very nice two bedroom. Beds were comfortable and great location to CSU. Only thing for prospective renters to note is that the shower is a very small corner unit. Good water pressure and nice hot shower but the shower space is a bit claustrophobic and hard to move around in. Other than that a great stay and I would definitely stay here again. »

« We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10. »

« I will forego the flowery review as i would be repeating what others have said. In short, this is a wonderful cottage in a country/farm setting that is both comfortable and cute. Yes, chickens roam free. I will comment on my stay with my adult disabled son. Anna took the time to take measurement so that we knew well in advance what limitations he may have with his wheelchair. This was invaluable and above and beyond. My son is a T5 complete and this cottage suited his needs very well. It...
