Rooms are gross and not upkept the first room I was in smelled like ciggerate smoke had no remote for the tv, when I got a remote the only one available didn't work for that television had to be moved across the hall to another room that was slightly cleaner. Front desk worker is very nice and helpful but clearly could use some staff to take care of the rooms
Room stunk of cigarettes so bad unused clothes had to be washed when we got home. Breakfast is prepackaged Lil Debbie's. No snack or soda machine. Stayed here many times pre pandemic and was satisfied. Won't return. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Elevator is a scary trip.
I screwed up the date when I booked the overnight!!! The staff handled it and made sure everything was smooth. I appreciated the friendliness and their accommodation of my mistake (and for the evening).
The hotel is under new management they took away the waffle

The website made the place appealing. Upon arrival, the place was run down and questionable as far as safety. We could smell smoke and weed, the floor in our room was coming up, the roof to the underpass fell in while we were there!! Not what I was expecting at all.
Staff was friendly and helpful. My room was showing evidence of use, especially the laminate floor, but was clean and still better than dingy, stained carpet. Full-time coffee and Breakfast waffle-maker are nice perks. I like this because I can walk to Summit Arena. A very good value.
Check-in was fine, but when I got into the room, someone had used the toilet and not flushed it. The floors are not done in the room underneath the beds. There’s concrete dust Everywhere was not a very good stay at all and I am not coming back..
In walking distance to the War memorial. Nice clean place and staff are always very friendly and accommodating. We stay there every time there is a concert in Johnstown.
When we arrived there was a plug run into our room from the hall where they were running a floor cleaner?. Carpet in hall, chair in room, and bedding was stained. Flooring in room was on the newer side but you could see the concrete under the bed where it’s not run wall to wall. Baseboard pulling away from wall. Door didn’t latch no matter what you did. You could still push it open from the hallway. Was able to flip the deadbolt luckily. Ice “bucket” was a plastic pail with a bag. Very run down.
Terrible place. The walls are paper thin. The people on my floor made noise all night long. I checked out at 4AM and told the front desk about the noise, and the guy at the front desk (wearing headphones) said “sorry, you should’ve told me earlier.” No offer to make it right in any way.
Upon arriving was told hotel was full, I stated I booked online and was charged for the room already. Drove 4 hours. Front desk was able to find me a room after I stated that. Situation was questionable
Great location if one wants to attend an event at the 1st Summit Arena. Easy walking distance to arena. Room was very clean but the vinyl floor needed to be replaced in a few sections. Limited breakfast items. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful.
Extremely low water pressure, we heard the tv next door with exceptional clarity, and there appeared to be a vagrant in the lobby, who deliberately shoved me as I was getting on the elevator.
Great location for the concert venue, though!
This was one of those hotels where you pull up and think that this was maybe a mistake.
Our room had what appeared to be blood on the wall by the bed. The curtain was ripped. The front of the counter was badly in need of replacement. There were loud people outside and on out floor when we arrived. There were loud people (some yelling) at 2:00 A.M. Breakfast was 100% carbs (waffles and pastries were the only choices). Evening front desk worker took a long time to show up after we arrived. Think she was smoking on the other side of the building. She was wearing pants and a t-shirt that were totally covered in paint.
I’m good with budget hotels and don’t need anything to be fancy, but this one was not good and I wouldn’t recommend it.
Close to venue with a near by gas station the continental breakfast was just 1 donut per person wires hanging from wall for missing smoke detector this place was a train wreck

Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to leave comments about your stay with us. I can assure you that we have since installed the smoke detector that someone had kindly removed from the wall. I do believe breakfast had more then just "one donut" we provide multiple granola bars, parties, apples, etc. The pastries that we had offered when you stayed with us was honey buns, cinnamon rolls, two different types of donuts, and muffins. I do apologize if you did not see those on display like everyone else who was able to enjoy breakfast.
