"The staff was great, especially James. He’ll have you laughing, or turning red depending on your sense of humor, in no time. The room was great. It had everything I could need and it was all in great condition. The tv remote didn’t work so well, even after a fresh set of batteries, but that was the only minor inconvenience I experienced. I gave property condition 4 instead of 5 stars only because of the roof leak in the foyer when it rained."
