We even sat outside one evening and enjoyed the fire pit. We drove to many wineries in the area without even going to Fredericksburg. Due to the location, we were also able to walk to some wine tasting rooms and restaurants. ABSOLUTELY LOVED the adorable house with all the amenities and convenient location to walk to restaurants and wine tasting rooms. Also, we loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. We will definitely book this house again. And Joe was an awesome host! This sweet house was perfect for us. It was an easy walk to lots of locations- a local coffee shop, a local breakfast place and a local craft brewery. It was an easy drive to the tasting rooms and local wineries on 290 and to the Lyndon B. Johnson historical sites. This house sits in a terrific location. We made good use of the backyard and the barbecue grill, and the kitchen was appointed with everything we needed and then some. The house was easy to find. We arrived later than expected and in the dark, but the house was very welcoming with lights on - waiting for us. The owners were easy to communicate with.
