We were in town for a funeral and also had our 7 year old grandson. But everyone observed the quiet time and the place was really charming. Grandson loved the swing and children's nook. The apartment was convenient to ETSU and mostly clean. For an apartment, it was fine.The big issue was the noise. Every night between about 2:30 and 4 a.m., the person staying above us would start walking, stomping, or dancing around. It woke us up every single night. Combine that with the very uncomfortable beds, and sleep was tough.On top of that, there were quite a few bugs.
