We loved the amenities that the host offered, and it was absolutely a no fuss stay (meaning no burdensome check out/ extra special rules to follow, just common sense things). Check out process was simple and on par with other properties I've stayed at. Only con I can list is if you are planning on staying indoors the majority of your stay, comfortable seating in living room is really limited to 4 people. (Additional dining room table chairs and bar chairs available for seating larger parties, but less comfortable for lounging) but host offers lots of comfortable outdoor seating. I would absolutely book again! There is a lot to take in for the area, we could have easily spent more time in Johnson city, but spread out time out between Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Dripping springs and Marble falls, which were all within about a 30 min drive of property. ##### Maegan D.
