It seems no one cleaned the room we stayed for quite some time as there were dusts everywhere. The room smelled musky and molded from the AC unit. The property was ok and the live music was good, but the check in staff was no where to be when we tried to check-in and was not friendly. Overall, very disappointed with the experience and will not come back again.

Carter Creek is always nice. Love the butterflies and native plants. Pool was refreshing. Property is dog friendly. Bed is comfortable and room is quiet.

The staff were very friendly, even at 11:30pm when we arrived. The rooms were very clean and spacious and for the price it was pretty unbeatable. The free Texas shaped waffles didn’t hurt either.

This is a lovely property, very well kept. Beautiful accommodation. The only thing I would have changed is the road noise when trying to set outside. Not a problem from inside your casita.

Relax in the Hill country

Great stay!
Amazing stay for a quick girl's weekend. The room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is amazing and the wines are good. My only suggestion would be to give guests a copy of the property map. There is a map at the front desk and one in the room, but I would print one on the back of the information sheet they give at check-in.

We were put in a handicapped room which wasn’t necessary…very few people at this property on Christmas Eve so there were plenty of regular rooms available. TV didn’t work, restaurant wasn’t open for regular guests.

This stay was so calming. Clean, staff was kind, and wine was great! We walked in with 5 min to close at the tasting room to buy and the girl took time to let us taste a few to decide without making us feel rushed. We will return with friends soon
