J'ai attendu plus d'une heure et demi un burger végétarien, arrivé tiede ... on m'a proposé de me rembourser mon repas ce que j'ai accepté. On m'a dit que je serais remboursée directement sur mon compte, mais depuis le 2 mars, rien en vu ... j'ai essayé de contacter l'établissement qui n'a donné suite à aucun de mes messages ni par mail ni sur hotels.com.
