Nice that it was new but the cold floor tiles were horrible especially during Jozi winter. Needed a carpet. King rooms didnt have fridge or microwave but they have a policy to not warm food from outside the hotel which I never saw communicated prior to the booking. Manager gave me a blank, annoyed stare when I addressed it. Forgot a face scrub in the shower and when I came back to get it I was told they found nothing.
The property is excellent,and in a good location. But i really like the management to improve the various rooms by putting in some of the room a those little freezer to keep guess drink cold.

The Hotel is set-up to a 3 Star Standard and within that standard, Fridges are not a standard.

On arrival which was Sat the property was clean and ok. next day On Sunday the room was cleaned only around 12 pm. which after then i had to ask for toiletriessince they where not put on my way out, came pack only to find they put for one person when we booked for 2. The chery on top was when i open my blakets to sleep the on the bed was my hair a few flakes from the chocolate i eat the previous night and not to mention that i had to take off all the blankets and straighten then coz it was clear no body did. they where just stretched out my head wrap was still in the blankets.
oh by the way the are fridges in the room
Stay was amazing, easy check in, friendly helpful staff, as I was very tired, I slept very well and was well refreshed in the morning. I would definitely come back to enjoy another peaceful night

My stay was very good, thanks to the friendly attention and hospitality of the staff, smiles everywhere. I had a problem of a dual booking and it was promptly attended to. The place is quiet and the breakfast is good. I recommend the place for whoever visits Randburg.

This hotel is situated in the prime area. The name has changed to Sierra Square hotel and is currently under going renovations. The rooms are spacious and clean. But wifi is non existent in rooms so one has to be in the reception foyer to access it.

Your comments regarding WIFI are noted and we have an on going improvement plan regarding WIFI.
The room was large and recently renovated. All tiles with no rugs or carpets. A full bathroom but feeble shower. A small safe for a wallet or small tablet. There was only hanging space with no drawers or shelves so you had to live out of your suitcase. Walls were thin so you could hear the neighbour boiling the kettle.

Satisfactory
Lobby music, boring. That you've no storage for luggage after check out is disappointing. When you have renovations inform guests. I was woken up by heavy knocking near my room.
Otherwise I was very impressed by the front desk and managers on duty. My double payment was solved by the manager on duty without any problem. Friendship from the staff was more than welcoming.

I traveled to Joburg on a business trip. Hotel provides a secure environment. My advise to other travelers, book online rather than walk-in bcoz the tariff differs by 25% to 30%. And kindly confirm your reservation with hotel staff prior to your arrival.
My experience was good in Randburg Towers, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was neat and clean.
I stayed for 13 nights and never faced any problem with anything

I enjoyed it, and I am very satisfied. Just one little thing about the breakfast: if you pay at reception it costs R80. If you pay directly at the restaurant it costs R95! I do not understand the rationale behind that, and it was not communicated effectively.

I was very disappointed first night of my arrival at the hotel no reservations were made as a result I had to share a bed with my daughter. Secondly three days I was nearly kicked out as payment had not been made.
will never use a broker again.
Quarto muito limpo, camas ótimas, bom chuveiro, excelente café da manhã, proximidade com uma galeria de ótimos restaurantes, como Rocco Mama s, Nando s e Pizza Hut, para quem está de carro.
