The property is clean inside and in good condition, the outside is not clean enough. Great place to stay but the receptionists are not very hospitable.

This property is awesome for business travel and short stays. I loved the fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine and dryer. However our check-in was a horrible experience. First the receptionist did not have our booking despite booking and paying in full. Then she insisted that we had to deposit R200 according to a non existent policy which had not The management should invest in staff training in the areas of communication, basic etiquette and people skills which are so glaringly absent from the staff employed at this property.

The stay was pleasant. Found the key at the gate and proceeded to the room. Did all the admin in the morning. Big ups to your reputation as hotets.com with the facility..

We were not notified of a R200 key deposit on booking confirmation email. The site is right next to the busiest road in Sandton, so don't expect quietness on your stay.

The balcony table was not often cleaned. However there are times when it rains, after a rain, we can no longer use this space because the rooms do not have a mop.

The apartment was spacious and there is a shopping centre with restaurant options 500m down the road. However, the traffic was very noisy early in the morning!

No regrets .
Overall a great stay , staff at the front desk could’ve been a little more courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay there again .

Splendid
Time Square is a very nice place to stay. Check-in was fast, The room was well cleaned and where it’s located is strategic. It’s close to everywhere you want to go in Sandton.

Perfect place to stay if you are looking for an apartment in central Sandton, great value. Only fault is the road is a touch noisy, otherwise perfect.

Excellent accommodation in good area
The staff is very friendly, considerate and helpful. Good wi-fi. Lovely facilities at very reasonable rates. Beautiful clean swimming pool as well. Lovely shopping center close-by. It is also near Mandela Square and Sandton City.

We requested a top up of coffee, which we were promised and it never arrived after 3 requests. One day the towels and bathmat were not replaced. We were given one tiny bar of soap for 5 nights. These small things leave a bad impression
