Walking distance from Northcliff Ridge Eco Park and Alberts Farm Conservatory. This spotlessly clean apartment has private tastefully decorated bedroom for two, ample cupboard space, modern open plan lounge with DSTV; Netflix; Fast internet, a full self-catering kitchen with modern appliances, a large bathroom with walk-in shower with elevated bath, plus entertainer's patio. Views from every space inside CityView and SkyView are centrally located in the safe and scenic upmarket suburb of Northcliff. It is walking distance from the Northcliff Eco Park that is the second highest point in Johannesburg at 1,807 metres, one metre lower than the Observatory Ridge in the East of the City at 1,808 metres (5,932ft) above sea level, as well as Alberts Farm, known for one of the last artesian springs in Johannesburg and also known for its rich biodiversity. The apartments are located in a beautiful residential home and is separate from the main house that is situated on the upper level of the property. The main attraction of this home is its hotel style street presence, the beautiful terraced garden, its panoramic views and the natural stone on the property that is a common feature in the suburb. The apartments boast 180 degree views of Johannesburg, Sandton and Sophiatown. The property is within close proximity to well known shopping areas including Sandton, that is 12 kilometers away, Rosebank, a short drive to Cresta, Clearwaters, and other close-by strip malls including Los Arcos, The Berg and Hillfox shopping centres. It is also close to hospitals and medical facilities. For the biking enthusiasts this is a bikers paradise with rolling hills and flats and offers safe jogging or walking in the area surrounded by beautiful houses. The tourist attractions around the area include the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens, Emmerentia Dam, the Johannesburg Zoo, the Ticketpro Dome as well as the Walter Sisulu National Botanical Gardens that are a short drive away, as well as other tourist attractions in the area. The City and Soweto drive and bus tours also offers a cultural and historical experience for many tourists.
