Overall the hotel was excellent, my one and only complaint would be that the room we occupied on the dates's 14th- 16th April had alot of noise going on around that area during the night mainly from the metal stairwell, car park and the slamming of doors.Not an ideal side of the hotel to be in if after a long and exhausting flight...and a good nights sleep was needed !

Amazing service from a very attentive staff seemed like the norm for me with all the guest interactions i witnessed. What a convenient hotel in the airport and great food!!!

Love that this hotel was very close/attached to airport. Staff were always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were tidy and comfortable. Food was good. Would definitely stay there again.

Good place to stay between flights. You can walk to it without leaving the airport. The rooms have been updated. The restaurant was very good and opens at 4 am to accommodate early flights.

Stayed 2 nights. It is an average airport hotel with a high turnover rate. It needs a refresh and management knows this because there is a sign in the lobby that states changes are going forward. Best aspect of the hotel is that it is in the airport itself, so you can walk to your flight. This why I stayed. Staff was fine. Rooms show heavy signs of wear and tear which detracts from cleanliness.

A good place to stay before/after a flight - this is my 3rd visit. It is a long walk from the terminal and OR Tambo airport is not easy to navigate but that is not the fault of the hotel.

I didn’t actually stay as had booked the room for my son who had a flight the day after my flight, but we saw his room and it was very different from our last stay, the bathroom/shower had been upgraded and is now even better than before. The fridge was a welcome addition.

The room was so dirty. The fridge smelled funky like its not been cleaned for days. The porter tried to scam me. Overall worst experience. The only reason i stayed was because it was right next to the joburg airport.

Easy access from airport for an overnight stay. Great food and good service at a reasonable price. Our room on ground floor was somewhat noisy in the morning with travelers leaving. Nonetheless, we would definitely stay again.
