"Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

"The place is so lovely. Very nice room. The ocean is fantastic in the area. So many cute shops to go to near by and great food. For English speakers they have a restaurant attached to the hotel and the owner is very nice and fluent in English. Called Roll Tide. Amazing place to walk on the water in the morning. "

"Only stayed here 1 night, but it was a memorable one! The husband & wife we're excellent, kind hosts & made us feel welcomed from the start. It wasn't included but they made us breakfast in the morning anyways, which was truly appreciated. They made us feel like we were part of their family. It was a shame we didn't stay longer."

"도착 무더운 첫날, 에어컨이 동작하지 않아 애를 먹었습니다. 알고보니, 벽에있는 콘트롤러를 함께 작동해야 되는 것이었는데..제대로 안내가 되지 않아 전화를 걸어 신고를 하고서야 문제가 해결되었습니다. 다음은 TV 리모콘의 건전지가 다 닳아서 작동이 되지 않아 다음 날, 조치 받았습니다. 또한 방에 설치되어있는 와이파이가 제대로 작동하지 않아, 컴퓨터를 개인 스마트폰 핫스팟으로 해결하였고, 다음날 신고를 해서 오후 늦게 설치기사가 나와 임시로 개통하였습니다. 총체적으로, 손님이 바뀔 때, 기존 시설에 대한 점검을 하고, 새로운 손님을 받아야 하는데, 그런 부분에서 제대로 관리가 되지 않습니다. 스위스 마을의 랜드마크인 시계탑의 시계가 시간이 맞지 않은 채 방치되어 있고, 각 동의 1층의 상점 영업이 전혀 이루어지지 않는 것으로 보아, 코로나의 후유증이기도 하겠으나, 단지 자체가 관리가 되지 않고 죽어가고 있는 듯 합니다. 묵지는 마시고 사진이나 몇 장 찍는 것으로 방문하시기 바랍니다."

"The place is so lovely. Very nice room. The ocean is fantastic in the area. So many cute shops to go to near by and great food. For English speakers they have a restaurant attached to the hotel and the owner is very nice and fluent in English. Called Roll Tide. Amazing place to walk on the water in the morning. "

"The room was a bit dirty, but not obviously so. For example, lots of dirt and even items (some old slippers) under the bed. One of the beds itself was held up by a box! The area around the balcony was quite dusty, especially the windows. But it was good enough for the price. They could do some very simple improvements that would go a long way, like some hooks in the bathroom (once I use the bathrobe, where do I put it?), a stirring spoon, etc. Also, we looked forward to the jacuzzi on the roof, but it was "under construction", with no opening date listed. I would stay here again as it was close to a beautiful beach, and again, good enough. "
