Flat apartment with kitchen. A room with 2 beds, 1 double and 1 single with an auxiliary. With WI-FI and cable TV. With ceiling fan in the living room and normal fans in the bedrooms. A covered garage with space for 1 car. On the property there is swimming pool and barbecue that must be reserved in advance. With porter in the building.  
It is 5 km from the Center. With beaches near the property. In 1 km there are market, pharmacy, bank, restaurants.
