A cozinha é bem completa com utensílios para refeições rápidas ou até se quiser cozinhar mesmo, o banheiro estava muito limpo, a cama, apenas o sofá merecia uma atenção melhor, pois estava sujo. A área gourmet do apartamento é uma atração a parte, ótimo para fazer um café da manhã diferente e um churrasco em família, entretanto, a piscina também estava suja com cabelos.
