It's got a good staff and we were able to communicate decently using translators on our phones. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it was quiet in the rooms. The hotel didn't respond to my message with train arrival details and pick-up request -- probably because it was written in English -- but I was able to get a ride with one of the many other vehicles picking up their customers. The area is pretty sleepy, but that may have something to do with our low season visit. Only one staff member spoke English, so get ready for a lot of pointing and gesticulation.
