We have a compound for the guests to have an outdoor fresh air.   
  
The environment is cozy, warm, and serene place for the guests during their stay. It is comfortable for the guests with young, elderly and disabilities family members.   
  
The guests can cook and prepare their meal in the kitchen if they want to. They also can wash their clothes with the washer that is provided.  
  
The living room and all the bedrooms are air-conditioned.  
  
Hanya Di Kau Guest House @Mutiara Residence is a new beautiful neighbourhood and soon to have its own township next to the Northern-Southern Highway or Projek Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan (PLUS).
