기본적인 위생구도 법핑계 대면서 안주고 객실 화장실을 개가 썼는지 그 흔적 지우느라 뿌려댄 약품같은 냄새로 죽을뻔함. 재채기에 가려움증으로 여행 내내 고생함. 침대는 흔들리지 않는 편안함은 기대도 안했지만 아내가 돌아누울때마다 깼다. 아니 자다가 멀미 했다는게 더 정확한 표현이다. 주차는 깊을뿐 자리가 없어서 그것도 물어물어 호텔 맞은편 건물 3층에 주차하고 짐들고 내려왔다. 조식이 또 불포함이라 2만2천원 주고 구매했는데 식권을 안주고 그 다음날 옆건물 호텔에서 제공하니 거기에서 식권을 주도록 조치하겠다더니 그 다음날 갔는데 전혀 모르고 있어서 다시 설명해서 받은 식권으로 식사를 했는데 이건 뭐 5천원짜리 대학교 학식도 이렇게는 안주겠다 싶은 저급한 수준 이었음. 죽을때까지 다시는 안갈 생각임.

라온 스테인 인 페를라 혁신도시 방문 할 때마다 종종 이용하곤 했는데요. 이번 숙박이 최악의 경험 중 하나였습니다. 슈페리어 더블룸, 주니어 스위트룸도 다 이용해봤는데요. 이번은 슈페리어 더블룸을 이용했습니다. 이전 슈페리어 더블룸 사용을 했을때는 테이블 1개와 사용 가능한 의자가 하나 있었던 것으로 기억합니다. 적어도 매번 갈 때마다 동일하게 가구가 배치 되어 있었는데 이번에는 테이블과 의자가 없었습니다. 프론트에 문의, 답변은 슈페리어 더블룸에는 해당 가구가 배치 되어있지 않다. 주니어 스위트룸에만 해당하는 내용이다라는 답변을 받았습니다. 이전에 사용했던 경험이 있고, 일을 복잡하게 만들고 싶지 않아 수긍하였고, (혹은 호텔 운영상 방 컨디션이 바뀔 가능성도 있다 생각하여) 호텔스 닷컴 측에서 주니어 스위트룸이 예약 가능한 것으로 확인하여 객실 업그레이드를 요청했지만, 모든 방이 만실이어 사용이 불가능하단 답변을 받았습니다. 호텔스 닷컴 내에서는 예약 가능한 객실이 3개 남았다는 안내 문구를 보았는데, 전부 만실이라는 프론트 답변에, 솔직히 믿을 수 없었습니다. 그렇다면 호텔스 닷컴이나 다른 예약 어플리케이션 상에서 예약을 닫아놨어야죠. 객실 이동이 번거로우니 귀찮아서 응대 안하려고 한 모습으로 밖에 안보였습니다. 뭐 위와 같은 해당 부분들은 실제로 만실일 가능성도 있고, 호텔 운영에 따라 불가능 할 수 도 있다는 생각에 당시에는 수긍했지만, 지나고 오니 굉장히 불쾌했습니다. 또한 방 컨디션 또한, 테라스에 벌레 사체나 먼지들이 굉장히 많았으며, 체크인 이후 욕실 청결도나 세면대에 토사물 같은 흔적들이 있었으며 기본적인 변기 옆 롤 휴지도 교체되어 있지 않았습니다. 벽지가 뜯어진 흔적이나 곰팡이 흔적 등, 상당히 불쾌했습니다. 프론트에 문의하러 갔을 때, 데스크 직원의 지인이 방문을 했는지 방 안내를 페를라가 아닌 옆 라온 스테이 호텔로 안내해주시더군요, 더 좋은 방이라면서, 만실이라, 같이 운영하는 옆 호텔로 방을 옮길 수 있다는 점도 이해합니다만, 지인인 마냥 연락드릴게요라는 등 대화 정황상 오해할 수 밖에 없는 상황이었던 것 같습니다. 결정적으로는 슈페리어 더블룸에 테이블과 의자가 없다는 답변을 받았는데 1박이후 11시 넘어 일정 때문에 밖에 외출할 때 체크아웃된 다른 방 청소 현장을 봤는데요. 동일한 슈페리어 더블름에 테이블과 의자가 있었던 것으로 보아, 저희 방에만 없었던게 분명하며 프론트 직원이 거짓말로 저희에게 응대를 했다는 생각이 확신이 드는 순간이였습니다. 앞으로는 더는 이용을 안할 것 같네요.

시설관리잘안됨. 체크인문자온 프론트로 전화했더니 엉뚱한 사람으로 연결됨(휴무인 직원, 착신연결 제대로 안되어있었음) 커튼봉 고장나서 커튼 안닫힘. 객실에서 담배냄새남. 화장실 환풍기 고장. 처음 안내해준 객실은 시설똥망(조명고장나서 형광등 배선따서 추가함. 이렇게 어처구니없는 조명은 또 처음. 발코니에 청소안된 조형물있음) 개엉망 직원도 불친절

호텔 사용에 대한 직원의 설명이 부족하다. 호텔 혹은 룸 안에 외국어 표기가 없다. 주변에 많은 상가들이 있지만 아직 입주를 하지 않은 곳이 많아 밤에는 사람이 없어 오히려 무섭다.
