Room was comfortable but a little old and tired and not particularly clean. A lot of dust and a few cobwebs around. A few maintenance issues to fix ( toilets not flushing properly and shower head either a jet spray or a dribble plus bunk bed broken and with extra thin mattresses) but overall a nice location and a lovely view to Lake Jindabyne. ##### James W.
