This split-level, three-bedroom and two-bathroom newly renovated townhouse is nestled in the heart of town in a quiet residential street. On the entrance level, you will find one bedroom and bathroom; on the lower level, there are the other two bedrooms and a second bathroom with laundry facilities. The top level is all about the open plan kitchen, the dining & living area, which opens onto a large entertainer deck with lake views. The newly renovated kitchen/dining area will be the focal point. A sunny, light-filled space with its sleek design, upmarket finishes and modern appliances. The open plan design includes the living area and a mezzanine perfect to set the kids up with games or a roll-out bed for the guests that turn up at a moment's notice. All bedrooms are double rooms with built-in robes. The second bathroom doubles as a laundry with access outside to the fully fenced backyard, complete with a dog kennel.
