The hotel staff is not always on-site, but they responded promptly to inquiries by email. I had trouble figuring out how to use the shower. There are few restaurants in the area, so we recommend a plan that includes meals. My plan was a lodging plan without meals, but they provided me with milk tea and fruit. Very nice staff
