Hotel is quite pleasant and located in a very nice area. Language could be a communication problem in having your request met and satisfied. It is helpful and advisable have a phone with a translator from Chinese (Mandarin) to English and vice versa. The breakfast is decent and overall it was good value for money even though it's not very central and you have to take a taxi to go anywhere. But I'd never go back due to the temperature of the room. The hotel believes that guests like their room at 80 degrees F. Even though there's an AC control in the room you can't lower the temperature. According to management most guests like this so they won't change it. They will however provide you with a fan.
