The breakfast service was horrible. No server took care of the breakfast area. When you tried hard to find one, they were very rude and showed cold face. They even said breakfast service and hotel service were separate. Even we paid breakfast already, they asked to pay extra. I think this hotel deserves better rating than what it is showing on website. I chose the rate including breakfast, and it is well worth it. There are many varieties of choices including both western and Chinese and the restaurant is clean and spacious. All the serving staff were excellent with one exception - a very mean young waitress at breakfast time. The buffet dinner was excellent too, especially we paid for one and got the second person free as we are over age 60\. Though the hotel is not near any train or subway station, there are many local bus routes nearby. There are two big shopping centers, one within 5 minute and the other 10 minute walk. Desserts are improvable. WIFI unfortunately very slow.
