The lobby was impressive and big. My hotel room was like a mini apartment but the lighting and heating could be improved. I slept well during my stay there but it was cold whenever I had to use the bathroom at night as the insulation was not great (however it was also extremely cold in Jinan). Overall, it was a great place to stay. The staff were very helpful and the location was also great to explore the city. The breakfast was great as we could have a nice meal while looking at the city at a rotating restaurant on the 49th floor. However, the last night we stayed was a bit unpleasant. We were at the non-smoking floor but someone was smoking so heavily and it came through the air conditioning. My friend had to wear a mask to avoid the smell and for a time we thought there was a fire...
