Jim Thorpe is such a wonderful reminder of a different time and Jeffreys place gives easy access to all the best places while being just a bit off the crazy busy part of town. Our rental was super cute and cozy and felt like home. Pets enjoyed the stay despite the town having little grass, lots of parks and trails to take them to for their business. Stayed during the week which made it more enjoyable and able to fit everything in we wanted to do since most places are closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays or odd days like that in order to be open during the weekend. Highly recommend staying with the high street property group and visiting Jim Thorpe PA. Everyone is so friendly! I booked for a few days during Christmas with my mom and I brought my dog. The property was easy to get to, the parking was very convenient. We were in apartment F which was decorated for the holidays and was so warm and welcoming - they even had a Christmas tree in the living room! We had everything we needed and more. In particular, the private drive/parking area was really nice to have some space to let my dog roam around. The owner was very communicative - I don't think I waited more than a few minutes between asking questions and him responding! Overall, I'm really happy with the rental and I would 100% book again. I've stayed in many rental properties, but this one remains one of my favorites. The owners are lovely and wonderful to work (and talk!) with. The property is immaculate and undergoes continual maintenance and upgrades. The location is perfect -- easy to park the car and walk to everything. If you've ever been to Jim Thorpe, you know that parking is at a premium -- so the dedicated off-street parking space that comes with the property is a major bonus.
