The resort’s facilities are its greatest strength: multiple pools and hot‑spring baths, a spacious Jacuzzi, and a spiral water slide that turned out to be just as entertaining for adults as it was for the kids. Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and tidy. My kids love the free access to hot spring and have lots of fun there. 櫃檯有禮貌也很熱心說明，提早到可以將行李寄放櫃檯，房間大空間夠，窗外就是spa區景，白天客人戲水聲偶爾聽得見開心的笑聲，但不影響室內太多，聽著就想下樓玩水了，呵！ 飯店就在市區內走路就到鬧區名店覓食買買吃吃，星巴克就在路口，陳旺記 白水豆花也好近，整個超方便的， 房內瓶裝水貼心先放四罐在冰箱，檯面上也有常溫瓶裝水供客人自選需求，晚上9：30會廣播10：00關閉sap池，10點後更安靜了，其實我在外住宿很少一夜好眠的但在這裡睡得很舒服也很熟，以後到礁溪必定要住這啦！ 早餐中西式都有也很足夠，我們家是吃得超飽也滿意，食材新鮮選擇多樣，只有黑美式有夠酸澀，真是可惜了一點，但不影響我對這間飯店的滿意度，退房後車子續停，走去弈順軒買奶凍，周邊吃吃小吃逛逛，只要要開車時去櫃檯消磁15分鐘內離開就可以了，總之超級推這間飯店，唯一想問的是，spa 池水是溫泉水嗎？夏天有一點點微溫感，還是太陽太大把水曬溫了點 ##### Peifang Stayed 1 night in Good #### li Dec 7, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### 房間舒適，位置完美，早餐普通，設施與用餐時間衝突 飯店與房間各方面都都很舒適，但小朋友期待的滑水道只開放一小時 而且很多人在排隊，所以就沒有去玩了
