"Staff very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. A little (somewhat treated) mildew on the ceiling of the shower. Had to laugh at the toilet seat that was the wrong size for the toilet. Missing light bulb in a lamp, batteries low on the remote. But it worked well for an overnight. Great shower and slept very comfortably. Nice breakfast. Another motel with great staff and cheap owners. "

"Black/rusty water flowed briefly into the tub upon opening, hot water faucet leaked into the tub and sink did not drain but very slowly. Hover, the room was spacious and quiet. The A/C was very effective and the bed and pillows very comfortable "

"This unique property was perfect find for my train lover husband’s birthday weekend getaway. He light up like an 8 year little boy when he step through the door of this 1920 caboose. The owner has done an amazing job of preserving details of the caboose while utilizing the small space for a comfortable and peaceful stay. And the recommendation of places to eat and see during our stay were spot on. Thank you Mark for being a great host and sharing your unique space. We will be back."

"The outside looks a little rough, but the rooms are freshly upgraded, clean and comfortable. Our front door was a bit hard to open and I had to slam my shoulder into it to get it open. We also had no coffee maker, which was a problem for my hubby, instead of me, lol. Overall, our stay was pleasant and it was worth the value, especially since there are limited hotels in the area. "
