Location was great and the staff, particularly Met (spelling??). So helpful and enthusiastic. Made our stay wonderful. Nice little restaurant downstairs as well. Recommend.

Amazing hotel! We loved our stay here. The staff was extremely kind and extremely welcoming. Rooms were perfect and the location was unbeatable. It was a 3 minute walk to old town and a 3 minute walk to the most popular beach. They also had an amazing breakfast. Would definitely stay there again

The property is a quaint and unique gem. The staff were so awesome. Good food. The included breakfast was so much appreciated as well. Location was excellent

Good family room, helpful staff, close to port.
Second time we have stayed here. It has a good sized family room. The location is on a busy road, but the room is well insulated and the hotel set back. We wanted to be close to the port. We were coming back from Bol (Brac) and wanted to join friends in Split. The hotel is an easy walk to some great Split beached. The hotel offered us beach towels (that was a big plus). The staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple (we did not need much before our journey). You can get parking (you must book that up in advance as limited places, the parking is just across the road). If we need a short stay in Split, and need a family room we would book again.

All of the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They made our breakfast to go when we had to leave early in the morning. The exceptional service made for a nicer experience. The location worked well - easy walk to the beach, to the city center, to the bus/port.

Nice small hotel close to the centre
The hotel is less than 10 mins walk to the Diocletian's Palace. Its clean, comfortable, has good breakfasts & exceptional staff. Rooms have good beds, tv, fridge, small shower room & wc & very efficient aircon (reached 36c during our stay). No tea/coffee making facilities in the room although we brought our own anway. In any case, the hotel bar/restaurant is open early morning till late

A great location with a friendly staff. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast and lunch which were great. The price was a little high for the facilities but the location close to the center was the reason for the high cost

Beautiful hotel centrally located
Arrived early in the afternoon and the owner of this beautiful little hotel took 30 minutes to explain everything to do and see in Split. I'm sure he could have kept going but we were very jet-lagged and wanted to have a shower. We very much enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the delicious breakfast every morning which was included in the cost of our stay. Would 100% stay here again if we visited Split again.

Family run, friendly and helpful
Location quite good, 5 mins walk from Diocletian Palace, on one of main roads into Split. This place offers a reasonable breakfast, unusual in Croatia. We only stayed one night, and it was perfectly adequate. We would not particularly want to stay longer in Split, as it was very busy with the start of party season. The Palace is really interesting, and we also enjoyed a visit to Marjan peninsular. The hotel helpfully offered a taxi service from the airport and were happy to look after our bags on check out. Clean. No complaints.

I have never experienced such helpful, pleasant and committed staff. When you own the place, you have a vested interest and that was abundantly clear. Took so much time explaining things. He even drove us to our rental car location! Perfect location to everything!

Good value hotel close to Diocletian's Palace
Staff very helpful and informative. Breakfast good - hotel prepared a packed breakfast for us on the morning of departure as we had to leave early. Close to beach and major sights in Central Split. Triple glazing keeps the road noise out.

Great Location
Great location for this 2 bedroom apartment. The balcony was perfect for breakfasts and evening drinks. All the cookware you could need was there, but no basics such as salt/pepper or oil. Washing line was helpful for drying beach clothes. Only issue was the mattresses. You could feel all the springs and were not very comfortable.

Very helpful and charming staff. We enjoyed long conversations with the owners and waiter at breakfast and dinner in the cozy dining-room or on the terrace. The food was lovingly prepared by the Croatian cook with 35 years experience.

Matt was amazing! Soo helpful, even drove us himself to the ferry terminal when we had to leave. Great breakfast and even had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious. The room was pretty small and the shower even smaller! My husband is 6ft tall so taking a shower was a challenge.

Great location for an overnight stay in Split before a ferry crossing. 5mins walk to the terminal, and also the old town for food and shopping. Matt the host is very knowledgeable and anticipated our every need. The room was beautifully furnished and breakfast on the terrace was generous and well presented.

We had a great stay here, the reserved parking is so great since we rented a car, we did park the car and walked to the old town which is less than 5 mins walk, really convenient. The room is very clean and nice, and the bathroom is huge with a lot of spaces to move around. The only thing is there is only stairs if you have a lot of luggage, but the hotel people are really nice and they have no hesitation to help you out. I would totally stay here again, really recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel is small, very basic but helpful staff
It is almost like a motel on a busy street and we got a really small basic room. The bed was good but no space at all to even put your luggage. Nevertheless the staff is friendly and resourceful and helped us s a lot with car rentals, boat and bus tickets. It is a short walk to the port and the old city.

This included 4 free caffe lattes for my travelling partner - Provided a scale to weigh luggage - exchanged Euros to Croatian currency at better than the published market rate - Secured a hotel car at 5 am to the airport aT 60% of the going rate - Helped us efficiently plan our itinerary in Split

A short walk to beach, bus and boats
Just back from a wonderful week at this hotel which is in a great location close to everything, we went to split without any plans and Matt at the hotel gave us great ideas for our stay, he booked tickets for us or gave us detailed instructions on how to get there so we knew exactly what to do so it was all stress free. The boys at breakfast were very attentive and couldn't do enough for us. I came home feeling relaxed and a little sad at leaving.
