Jan was an absolutely fantastic host, great recommendations and a truly delicious breakfast basket hand delivered to your door each morning. The property surroundings were beautiful - I could sit and watch the vibrant birds all day long overlooking the bay. The room itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. I wish we’d stayed longer to be honest! It felt very restorative and we’ve left feeling very relaxed and happy. Very clean. Breakfast provisions were extremely generous. Could not fault the room and Greg was a wonderful host. Also amazing wildlife ( kangaroos and kookaburras) in the grounds. One minor thing. The “beach” was not great due to recent heavy rain. Just loads of seaweed. Jan and Greg were so welcoming and provided lots of information about the surrounding area including dinner recommendations which were spot on. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast hamper each morning was excellent. Made us feel like we were going to our Grandparents. They're super friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The property itself was very cosy and just what we needed as a couple on a weekend trip. The bed was comfy and the property was clean. Jan gave us a full description of the facilities and the areas highlights. Not having visited the area before we were surprised with what it had to offer. Beautiful beaches, beautiful scenery, great eateries and plenty of choice for those into adventure sports.
