Things to note about the property: \- Linen and towels ARE supplied at this property. \- Aircon and Wifi are available. \- No Garage Access \- No smoking inside the house \- No Pets allowed. \- No Slipway Access (local boat ramp and parking located directly next door) Inside As you step inside Boomerang Retreat, you'll immediately feel a sense of warmth and tranquillity from its three bedrooms and one bathroom, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay for everyone. The living area invites you to unwind on the plush sofas. The well-equipped kitchen provides all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, with ample space for dining together at the adjacent table. Afterward, relax on the outdoor patio, savouring the fresh coastal air and planning your next adventure. Outside Boomerang Retreat is not only a haven for relaxation, but it also caters to outdoor enthusiasts. The property offers boat parking and is conveniently located right next to one of the local boat ramps, making it a perfect choice for boating and fishing enthusiasts. Spend your days exploring the beautiful waterways and immersing yourself in nature's wonders. Location Situated in front of a pathway that stretches along the canal system, Boomerang Retreat offers easy access to some of the area's most notable attractions. Follow the pathway, and it will lead you all the way to Badgee Bridge, offering picturesque views along the journey. Along this path, you'll also discover the RSL, two parks, and the local brewery, providing plenty of options for entertainment and relaxation. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
