Magic views of Jervis Bay and the coastal ranges. 12 min. walking distance to all shops, cafes, beaches etc. Very spacious and luxury ground floor Accommodation with an Executive feel. Living and dining area has an open plan. Bedroom has Queen size bed, large bathroom. The apartment is separate to the main house, with its own private entrance and very private. The apartment is fitted out with quality fittings which includes leather, granite and lead light fittings. Magnificent gardens front and rear. Undercover BBQ and outdoor setting area. Rear of property backs on to the National Park for those wishing to go on bush walks. Bicycle paths all around the area. Note : Apartment and outdoor area are not shared areas they are for the guests private use. The renowned Hyams beach the whitest sand in the world is only a 10 min drive away.
