The unit had a juzuzzi in addition to a lovely living room, kitchen and updated bathroom. Great location for walking all over the area in and around the old city. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

The property is lovely and very well appointed. They go the extra mile to give service and a 5 star experience. The location is across the street from the Mamilla mall and an easy walk to the old city, Jaffa Road and Ben Yehuda. They helped us with our luggage and were extremely present if we needed anything. I would certainly stay there again when I’m. In Jerusalem.

Perfect place to relax in the heart of Jerusalem

I loved this place so much. It’s so unique like Israel is. The apartment was cozy and had everything you need. Location is perfect so close to everything. I stayed here with my daughter for a week while visiting her. The staff was wonderful, very responsive and accommodating. I can’t wait to go back to Israel and I would definitely stay there again

We stayed at Mamilla View - Suites & Apt Hotel in the Elite Studio Suite (these are the suites vs the Mamilla view URBAN bedroom rentals). We selected it because of its high online ratings emphasizing that the proprietor and staff go out of their way accommodating guests. This proved most accurate. Any time we needed anything or had any question, Joseph promptly responded, always saying that he's ready to help with anything. That level of attention and service is priceless and hard to find. The location is phenomenal. 15 walk to Western Wall Temple Mount. Across the street from Mamilla Mall, Jerusalem's premier upscale open-air shopping mall, a stylish pedestrian promenade connecting the historic Jaffa Gate (Old City) to the modern city center, featuring high-end international brands, quality restaurants, cafes, and lovely views. Walkable to many key access points, light rail systems, stores and more. The bed, pillows and blankets were VERY comfortable. Heating/A/C unit with remote control was GREAT. Hot showers anytime. Daily housekeeping and towel replenishment. Plata and hot water urn provided for weekend. Highly recommended.

I had an incredible stay in Jerusalem at an apartment right across from Mamilla Mall. The place was spotless with a luxurious bedroom featuring a four-seater hot tub and two large TVs with all streaming apps. The air conditioning kept everything comfortable, and the downstairs area had cozy couches. Daily room service maintained the apartment impeccably. The location was perfect for exploring both Mamilla Mall and the Old City. Overall, it was a memorable experience thanks to the luxurious amenities, excellent service, and prime location. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Jerusalem.

Outstanding service by Joseph, many commodities provided. Simply one of the best customers service I have ever had and i traveled the world. We where greeted with a bottle of wine and chocolates, it was a great experience. Details like nespresso coffee capsules, cookies, new toothbrushes and great Dead sea soap products. Appartment style with lots of room. Well located ,50 meter from Mamila mall ,walking distance to the old city and the the western wall.

Mamilla View - Suites & Apt. Hotel was in a great location, close to the Mamilla Mall and Mamilla Gate to Old Jerusalem, making it convenient for sightseeing, shopping and dining out. The bedroom was spacious, The bathroom was the best in all the hotels I stayed at during my tour of Israel, with the bonus of a washer/dryer.

The apartment was fantastic. It had two full bedrooms on a quiet side street in Mamilla. The place is a 5 minute walk from the Jaffa Gate so the location is hard to beat. There were also some coffee shops and bakeries on the street open on Saturday. Most impressive was the service. The management was impeccable. They respond to messages instantly. I forgot my laptop in the apartment and the manager arranged a courier to send it to Tel-Aviv. Highly recommend.

A gem right at Mamilla.

The apart/ hotel and staff are lovely. The location is steps from Mamilla. The apartment is modern and well appointed. My one and only complaint is that Hotels. Com charged almost double the hotel rate to book directly which I discovered after checking in. I've used the app for more than 15 years. This is really unacceptable. I have no idea how this gets rectified, but I'm a bit upset. The hotel was also surprised, and has offered a discount in the future which I greatly appreciate because it was perfect. A much better situation when traveling with older kids much too big for the pull out. Public Parking was easy and close by too..
