Servicing and Cleaning needs improvement This spacious apt is perfectly situated near the Old City, great restaurants, and prime shopping. We truly loved the location. The apt was clean enough. I had two dead ants on my towel and the outside patio was in need of a through cleaning (I hung my white jacket on a chair and it got black marks on it). Also we couldn’t get the stove to work but there was an electric stove as a backup so that was ok. Really disliked how I kept being asked to provide a credit card number and my passport picture though an application (Wishbone or something like that) outside of VRBO. I refused since it didn’t make sense to me. We use VRBO to provide us with security of knowing this company/rental unit is safe and meets certain standards. So continuing to get emails asking for information sending me links to a site I’ve never heard of was really unsettling. But it all worked out.
