The neighborhood is beautiful and the views from the house were fantastic. We took a walk around the yard and stream access and noted it would be a great place to stay for a longer time just to enjoy the views and bring kayaks.My only concern is that the floor just inside the front door is uneven and has a thick carpet pad that is either causing or attempting to smooth the unevenness. For anyone that is unsteady on their feet it could be a tripping hazard. That said I would not personally hesitate to stay here again in the future but there are people I would not stay here with for that reason. ##### Adam S. The back yard space was beautiful with easy access to Pine Creek. Sipping coffee on the dock and sun porch and soaking in the creek in the afternoon was perfect! We booked this property to take advantage of the location and looked forward to exploring the Pine Creek Trail. But, upon arrival we were very disappointed in the condition of the home. The pictures on VRBO are VERY deceiving. Yes, the description is correct, but it didn't mention that the floor in the kitchen is sinking and the floorboards are popping up. The front doorknob fell off and my husband had to fix it, some start to a vacation. The outside furniture on the lawn is so old and rusty, come on. The carpet inside is beyond sanitary! You have to have superman strength to open the sliding door onto the screen porch. And, the entire grounds are infested with red ants and wasp nests. PLEASE get an exterminator! Whoever the owner payed to clean did a terrible job. It was cleaner when we left. The dishwasher doesn't work either. This could have been a nice stay, if the owner took better care of the place.
