This luxury community redefines sophisticated urban living with the comfort and style of home. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, fitness center, outdoor pool and resident lounge. Situated near the PATH train, Grove Pointe provides convenient commutes to NYC and other parts of New Jersey.  
 This modern studio apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite floors/countertops and an in-unit washer/dryer. Building amenities include a 24-hour doorman, state-of-the-art fitness center, outdoor swimming pool and resident lounge. All beds provided are fitted with plush linen sheets and pillows. All Furnished Quarters apartments include 24/7 guest service.   
  
 Pets are allowed in select apartments and are subject to a $500 non-refundable pet sanitation fee for one pet, $750 for two pets. Additional charges and size/breed restrictions may apply and vary by building. All pets must be approved by Furnished Quarters.
