Bedrooms: 3 comfy bedrooms with a queen-size memory foam bed and a twin bed. 2 Full bathrooms Dedicated workspace. You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 11am ▸ Check-in time is 4 pm ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-7am. ▸ No events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission.
