At the same time, make sure to use inside voice especially late at night. There is a noise ordinance in our area and we hope our guests will be responsible and respectful to our neighbors. • Smoking of any kind is prohibited. We have smoke detectors and will charge a fine of $1000 if any form of evidence is collected plus any other fees associated with clearing the unit of the scent. • Loitering in front of the property. • Bringing of extra guests not noted in the booking is prohibited. An additional $200 fine if this is not abided by. • PETS are not allowed, as much as we love them, we try to make sure the place is ready for our next guest. An extra fee of $250 is charged if this is not followed plus an extra fee for cleaning. Please note: Exterior camera in entryway (floodlight camera), and balcony is placed for security and insurance purposes which records video and audio upon live-motion movement in the area.
