★ SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 3 BEDROOMS ★
The apartment features three spacious, furnished bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms and closets.
Please note, each bedroom is located on a different level. The 2nd floor bedroom can be accessed by an interior spiral staircase from the 1st floor living room, or from the stairs on the exterior hallway. The top of the spiral stairs have a heavy curtain (no actual door) for darkening and privacy from the first floor (please refer to the pictures in the listing).

The ground level bedroom is down 4 steps from the main floor.

We use comforters with Duvet covers for our beds, top sheets are also available for use. We change/wash the duvet covers after each stay.

★ PARKING ★
There are 2 municipal parking garages located within walking distance from the apartment at 371 4th Street, and 215 Hudson Street.

We offer our guests who travel by car a 50% reimbursement for the parking garage, up to $16 per day.

★ SECURITY CAMERA ★

Security camera/recording devices: There are 3 security cameras on the property: 2 outside the building, 1 on the main hallway. All devices record when motion and/or sound is detected and are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There are NO cameras inside the apartment.

★ NOISE MONITORING DEVICE★

In order to prevent parties and our neighbors from excessive noise we have a noise monitoring device on the premises. The device cannot “listen” to your conversations, only monitors the decibel level.

★ EXTRA GUESTS★
The nightly rate accommodates up to 5 guests, while our unit can comfortably sleep up to 7. Any guest beyond 5 are considered extra guests and a fee of $70 per guest per night will apply.
