This private & peaceful space is perfect for families, business travelers, & friends. Enjoy queen beds, AC, WiFi, a smart TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, & backyard grill. Our beautiful neighborhood has restaurants, shops, & parks nearby, with NYC just a short train ride away. Sleeps 4 adults comfortably. No gatherings permitted. A luxury stay in a new apartment building, with 1 private bedroom and a twin size pull out couch! This spacious home with hardwood floors and high ceilings is the perfect place to relax after a long day in NYC. The living room features a plush couch and a 55-inch smart TV for movies in, as well as some board games and blankets for a cozy game night. Kitchen featuring modern stainless steel large appliances as well as multiple small appliances, and all the cookware you need to whip up your favorite dishes, along with plenty of counter space. 2 Queen Beds Bedroom 1: Queen Living / Bedroom: Queen We provide complimentary bath essentials, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hand wash. There is a washing machine in-unit as well. We look forward to hosting you! Guest has private access to the apartment \*Please Read Before Booking\* IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to make a reservation, guests must be 24 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. You agree to adhere to our house rules when booking this home. Please read through them carefully. There is a city noise ordinance that prohibits loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a quiet residential area with long-time residents including families with kids who are sensitive to noise. Violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and will result in calling the authorities and sending our local security team to the unit to vacate all guests from the premises immediately with no refund. ▸ Checkout time is 11am ▸ Check-in time is 3 pm ▸ Outdoor quiet hours from 10pm-7am. ▸ No events, large gatherings, or loud music. Filming and Photoshoots are prohibited without Host's permission. There is a minimum fine of $500. ▸ No gathering, hanging, or lingering outside in front of or around the house. ▸ No smoking of ANY KIND is permitted in the unit. There is a cleaning fee of $500 to scrub walls, clean carpets, and treat air if any smoke is detected. ▸ No extra/overnight guests (we reserve the right to cancel your reservation if there are more guests than stated in your reservation). ▸ No pets \*Please review the overall rules list in the 'House Rules' section below before booking.
